Using Voyant
Voyant provides AI-generated travel itineraries and tools to help you plan trips. Our itineraries are suggestions, not guarantees — always verify bookings, prices, and local conditions before you travel.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least the minimum age required in your country to use the service.
Bookings & third parties
Voyant links to third-party providers for flights, stays, and activities. Any booking is made directly with that provider under their own terms. Voyant is not a party to those bookings and is not responsible for their fulfillment, refunds, or availability.
Premium subscription
Voyant Premium is a recurring subscription billed monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion per applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn't yours, post unlawful or harmful content to the community feed, or interfere with the service's operation.
Intellectual property
Voyant and its original content are owned by us. Itineraries you generate are yours to use and share. Community posts remain owned by their authors, who grant us a license to display them within the app.
Limitation of liability
Voyant is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated itineraries.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll surface material changes in the app; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
